These terms and conditions only apply whilst we are in the COVID pandemic.



We understand that we have uncertain times and we all need something to look forward to, with that in mind we have introduced a booking policy for holidays booked to be taken in 2021. You can now reserve your holiday accommodation safe in the knowledge that if you need to cancel at any time due to Government travel restrictions, your deposit/final balance will be safe and transferable in the form of a voucher. 

Guests can be reassured that Villa Kerasi will be following EODY (Hellenic National Public Health Organization) Rules and Regulations,  guidelines are subject to change, please enquire for up to date regulations that we have implemented.


Our new policy comes with no additional cost to you, 2021 rates will apply for transferred bookings, whether taken in 2021 or 2022.


For extra peace of mind all payments can be made by credit card.


Flexible Booking Policy for 2021 Bookings


A 30% transferable deposit is required upon confirmation of booking

Balance of payment 42 days prior to arrival

If you book less than 42 days before arrival the full amount will be required immediately


Cancellation Policy 

In the event of Government Covid travel restrictions or the property closure prevents your stay, any deposit or final payment that has been made will be transferable to a future date in 2021 or the following year in the form of a voucher.

2021 Villa rates will be honoured for 2022 transfers.

We will be as flexible as possible to accommodate your future booking and will take each cancellation on an individual basis.

In the event that you do not wish to re-book and wish to cancel the booking, any payments made will not be refundable, you will need to claim from your travel insurance policy.


Please Note - It is guest’s responsibility to have adequate insurance cover for health and travel.
